fix: Update IndexNow API key to working Bing key

- Changed IndexNow API key from non-working key to Bing key
- Updated verification file (83ba63194d6e4b31a960c844585c2a8b.txt)
- Removed old verification file
- IndexNow API now returns 202 (accepted) instead of 403 error
