Overview:
Build the first step of the submission form: photo upload and member tagging.
What to build:
- Photo upload button, opens camera roll
- After photo is selected, display the photo full width
- Member tagging like Instagram:
- Tap anywhere on the photo to add a tag
- Draggable tag label that can be repositioned on the photo
- Tag links to a TSE member name (dropdown to select who)
- Tags display the member's name on the photo
- PVP member checkbox/indicator: if a tagged member is from PVP, flag them
- Continue button to proceed to event info screen
