Support "triton network list fabric=true"

It would be nice if triton allowed filtering networks based on whether they're fabrics. Currently:

cpm@enlil ~ % triton networks fabric=true            
triton network list: error (Usage): invalid key: "fabric" (must match one of: public)
usage: triton network list [FILTERS...]
