Adding Baseline for LiDAR-based 3D Occ Prediction

thank you so much for making the baseline. Now Im experimenting with 3D Occ prediction using your proposed RadarOcc on K-Radar dataset.

Can you provide LiDAR-based 3D occ prediction you used on paper of RadarOcc? Because I want to reproduce your result in the paper RadarOcc.
