exclude_fundingOrganization=true bug #1232
Description
Interesting bug when clicking around trying various filters from top to bottom, produced a URL like:
https://grantnav.threesixtygiving.org/search?query=*&default_field=*&sort=awardDate+desc&exclude_fundingOrganization=t&exclude_fundingOrganization=r&exclude_fundingOrganization=u&exclude_fundingOrganization=e&recipientRegionName=South+East&amountAwarded=50000&a=1
Where exclude_fundingOrganization=true instead became exclude_fundingOrganization=t&exclude_fundingOrganization=r&exclude_fundingOrganization=u&exclude_fundingOrganization=e after switching back to "include" rather than "exclude"
