Issue creating certificate template for the course

Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well.
While creating a certificate template for a course, even after uploading all the required images with the correct size and dimensions and filling in all the mandatory fields, clicking the “Save Template” button results in the following error appearing in the console.

Clicking the Create Template option triggers a POST request to /content/composite/v1/search, which can be observed in the Network tab
with request payload

Can you please share the response of the api

There is no API call made, the network tab is empty. I think the error in console might be preventing it.

@lal-jyotiraditya Could be fetching from cache. Can you clear the cache or open it in a private tab and get the response data?

@lal-jyotiraditya It might be due to cache issue as there will be a POST request to /content/composite/v1/search triggered. Can you please try to clear browser cache and check for the api triggered on click of Create Template option. If still not triggered, please open the Sunbird portal in a different browser and try to get the api response. Please let me know if you still dont find the api triggered.
