Issue in Workspace – Assessment Creation

In the Workspace section, when I click on the Create Assessments button and create an assessment, everything works fine initially. However, after filling in the text and saving it, when I click on the Send for Review button, a 404 Not Found error is returned from the API.

@aimansharief It is working here right now. There is no issue with this process—I have checked it.
