SunbirdEd-portal :: Replacing momentjs to dayjs

Context:

• Removed Moment js library Reference from portal code base. as we are using both the library for the same purpose.
• find out the places where momentJS used in portal code and replace them with dayjs.
• As dayjs is light weight(2kb zipped) and helps prevent bugs and avoid lengthy debugging as compared to the
  moment js.
