[Feature] Send credentials by mail

I'm working on a new feature for the role: the ability to send credentials to clients by email.

I'm structuring the clients' data to be backwads compatible and I'm documenting linkeage of openvpn role and easy_rsa role variables to have automatically the same set of clients.
