Update nuclear g values to 2025 IAEA recommended values

Current nuclear g values in private\isotopedata.txt are from Stone 2014.

Now a new table is out (Stone, N. J. (2025). Table of Recommended Nuclear Magnetic Dipole Moments: Part I, Long-Lived States. - see here and here, DOI https://doi.org/10.61092/iaea.qs1q-27sa). The values in EasySpin should be updated.

A few values have changes non-negligibly, for example the ratio of 171Yb/173Yb has changed by 5%, which affects multi-isotope simulations with Sys.Nucs = 'Yb.
