Description

Debugging on-chain transaction outcomes using raw server console logs is inefficient once the oracle is interacting with public ledgers.

Technical Requirements

• Update the transaction broadcast handler to format and emit clean URLs matching the Testnet schema of stellarexpert.org.

• Log these URLs at the INFO level immediately following successful ledger inclusion for seamless point-and-click debugging.
