Biological Relationships: Asserted Distribution

I am opening this issue as a follow-up to the Community Consult on January 21.

The asserted distributions of biological associations are currently not visible on TaxonPages. I could think about several ways to implement this:

• directly within the biological associations panel, perhaps as text
• within the OTU map, with a different color, such as green. I think this would probably make the map very cluttered as several layers are already overlapping each other.
• within another map panel (not sure if this would affect loading time negatively)

I made a draft example for the issue #333. Refer to that issue for more information.

• ideally there would be a short geographic summary (such as state, province)
• by clicking "asserted" or "occurrence", a small popup with a leaflet map or additional metadata for the occurrence could be opened
