Added command to open System Console gm.show_system_console
- The system console will display the results the output of ingame blgm commands and other debug info / errors
- The system console can also be used to run any game console command including blgm commands from the windows console window outside the game

System Console can also be opened on launch by running Bannerlord with /systemconsole command line option with BLGM mod enabled
Game console is still fully usable and use of the system console is entirely optional.
