More options in `bluejay-printer`

Currently, `bluejay-printer` is not customizable at all, only pretty-printing. It would be nice if it was more customizable. A few ideas of what would be nice to have:
- print a minified version with minimal whitespace
- configurable indentation
- configurable wrapping for doc comments
