Should we add "local" as an option?

Archetype internal codes use "local" for atxxxx codes, should we add it too?

How would you do that ?

I mean, we do have [local::atxxxx] in ordinals, etc. so if every valid terminology is on the list then "local" and "openehr" should be there too
