Tracking issue for cutting v0.1.0 (the first release; zero tags exist today).
Steps (per CONTRIBUTING.md Releasing to main):
- Open PR
dev to main, title release: v0.1.0.
- Merge using a merge commit (preserves the release boundary).
- Tag
v0.1.0 and push the tag.
- Attach the .webhapp artifact to a GitHub release.
- Seed CHANGELOG.md (does not exist today) with v0.1.0 scope: functional Lobby, peer Group DHTs, peer NDO Layer 0 DHTs (per-NDO cells). Explicitly list what is OUT: governance-as-operator, PPR issuance, economic processes, role promotion, hREA phase 2+, capability private-data flows.
Optional (defer unless trivial): a tag-driven release CI workflow.
