Think about automation to always keep your files up to date

I frequently forget to run `hoard collect` and `hoard distribute`. Then by the time I finally do I always have a conflict. They're really easy to resolve but there has to be a smoother process. It'd be great if there was some way to keep this up to date more frequently and avoid these conflicts.
