Add information about merging member identities

I looked all over the docs site and there's no mention of how to merge two identities or process existing merge suggestions beyond some high-level intro text.

Here's the steps I figured out that I would have loved to see in the docs below. Sorry if I missed the info on how to do this elsewhere or if I missed an icon in SavannahHQ!

In addition to these changes, it would be great if every icon had a hover tooltip. Here's one I mocked up for example using a title tag on the anchor HTML:

Merging identities

Alerts

SavannahHQ will make suggestions of identities to merge based on username and full name similarities. Here's how to process them:

1. Click the Bell icon in the top right of the screen to see your notifications
   
2. Check the items on the left you want to merge
3. Click "Accept" in the upper right to merge them
4. For any suggestions you don't want to accept, you can click "Reject" on the right.
5. After clicking "Accept", be patient, the merge process can take some minutes.

Process suggested merges

SavannahHQ will make suggestions of identities to merge, but maybe you dismissed the alert. There is no direct way to navigate to the suggested merges. To go back to this list:

1. Find your SavannahHQ ID by going to the home link and then noting the ID in the URL (eg 3233 in https://savannahcrm.com/dashboard/3233/)
2. Go to the https://savannahcrm.com/suggest/3233/users (TK users is not correct, need to reference notes on other computer
3. Follow the merge process per the "Alerts" section above

Merging individual member identities

If you find two (or more) users that SavannahHQ hasn't auto suggested be merged, you can manually do it:

1. Search for the member in the search bar at the top of the screen
2. Click the name of member you want to merge
3. In the "Identities" section, click the two people icon (see #1) and then click "Merge With..." (see #2):
   
4. In the resulting screen, select one or more members you would like to merge with
