CanUseTimer v0.2.2 (Fatal bug FIXED)

I've just drafted this release without testing and with bugs, anyway, here is a functional version 😅

• Time list received a upgrade:
• Now the times can be saved when the user exit of software;
• Time list is now parallel for each modality.
• windows installer now is real;
• Bug fixes.
