Add Use-Case Section

Add **Use Cases** section. This can be a default list of use-cases.   We should start with some use-cases, such as:

1. Looking Glass
1. Monitoring BGP peers
1. Monitoring Prefixes and topology changes (this can include Unicast, EVPN, L3VPN, and Link-STate families
1. Simple Analytics
