Loading of Profiles, time-step-size

Check if the time-step size (1/4 hour) is hardcoded in Prices.java of if its is derived from the timecode of the txt-file.
edit: remove the fileWirter prices.txt in that class.

There is an

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException ...  at memap.components.CSVConsumer.getHeatProfile(CSVConsumer.java:72)

during planning tool operation. Profiles are read in OriginalCSVHandler.java

Almost anytime the OriginalCSVHandler is skipped and TimeDataHandler is used to parse the csv - load data.
It should be checked if this should be aligned with reading price profiles / pv profiles ?
