Dashboard should only account for positive cases from the screening

Currently, all positive samples are being counted, including the historical samples from CALM. It looks like big spikes in cases occur when we receive patient clinical samples

Dashboard plots and figures have been modified to show only the screening samples. CALM samples, as well as test samples are currently excluded from the dashboard.

Working on adjusting for repeated samples.
