[Enhancement] Feature Request: Support bounded playback of embedded videos using byte offset and length

Feature request

We would like AVPro Video to support playing multiple embedded video files from a single package/container by specifying both a byte offset and a byte length.

Use case

Our application packages multiple videos into one large binary file for deployment and content protection.

The package layout is conceptually:

[video A][video B][video C]...

[guzhi123]

The current PlatformOptionsAndroid.fileOffset API only specifies the
starting byte offset. There is no public API to specify the maximum byte
range or length of the embedded media.

We need the player to read only this range:

[offset, offset + length)

This is required because multiple independent video files are stored in a
single package. The player must not read or demux bytes belonging to the
following video.

The requested behavior is:

1. Start reading at byteOffset.
2. Limit all reads to byteLength.
3. Support seeking within the selected range.
4. Report duration and seekable times for the selected media only.
5. Return an error if the media cannot be parsed within the specified range.

An API such as the following would work:

mediaPlayer.PlatformOptionsAndroid.fileOffset = offset;
mediaPlayer.PlatformOptionsAndroid.fileLength = length;
or:
mediaPlayer.OpenMedia(
    MediaPathType.AbsolutePathOrURL,
    packagePath,
    autoPlay: true,
    byteOffset: offset,
    byteLength: length
);
