Broken Player Outlines

When a player loads into the server mid round, it doesn't mark the alien outlines properly for swarms.

Update: This issue doesn't resolve itself until a player update is triggered on death or something.

I've tried to solve this problem many times and I've only ever been able to track it down to some net messages being lost on the way from the server to the client that has the list of who the aliens are. I've thought about adding in some fail safes for this but haven't gotten around to it yet.
