In certain SMART test cases, dolfin.assemble_mixed is returns a vector of nans when computing the residual. This seems to come back to ongoing issues with building maps for MeshViews in dolfin.
In SMART, this has only been observed when running refined meshes in example3_withaxisymm. A workaround was introduced in this PR, but a long term solution is still required to handle such cases.
