It is possible to modify all the parameters (create/delete of Contextual Infomation) and it is also possible to set parent/children relations even if the entity is associated to a Risk Evaluation

what is the problem? The user should be able to modify the entity when a risk session is created? we have issues asking for renaming entities (#93), even risk configuration already exist.
