[BUG] CallTimeCounter Cropping the UI Layout

Describe the Bug
CallTimeCounter is cropping the UI box where it is supposed to be. Cropping out the entire top part of it, including the CallTimeCounter itself

To Reproduce
Enable CallTimeCounter

Expected Behavior
No cropping, and for CallTimeCounter to be displayed properly
