fix: scrub stale branding and receipts from package distro metadata

What alpha.5 shipped to the registries predates two pivots: the PyPI
page is titled everpure-sqlite-predict with a wrong import (from
everpure import sqlite_predict; the module is plain sqlite_predict),
and all three package descriptions still promise "replayable
receipts." This fixes the sources so alpha.6 publishes correctly:
pyproject/package.json/Cargo.toml descriptions rewritten to the
current product, the rust crate's docs.rs front page loses its
receipts claim, and the python module docstring drops the everpure
prefix.

Also closes a release-plumbing hole: sqlite_predict.__version__ was
hardcoded at 0.0.1a1 and sync-version never touched it, so installed
packages misreported their version. It now reads 0.0.1a6 and
sync-version rewrites it alongside pyproject, so it cannot drift
again.
