Change how PolyMod handles flood (again) #118

I really dont like solution with adding flood command to stack to check who flooded the tile because it interferes with game logic. I was thinking about an idea, that when level is opened, PolyMod would check all commands on flooded tiles, and evaluate if tile was flooded at any of those commands. If yes, it should cache all tiles and the player who flooded them, and then assign proper flood sprite.
