Logic: Timer does not do anything

When the time is over, the question should be skipped to the next one.

I believe this should be done in the appView.js in the countDown function...I think the trigger should call checkAndContinue in mainView.js but I don't know how to do that. Is this the right approach, do you think?

@strangelyblue, with the recent code changes, you should be able to figure out how to add a callback to move to the next question when the time is up.
