Allow cron_time to take in any cron style time

As per the title, would be great to allow cron_time to allow wildcard * in order to setup more than a single check per day

I am currently working on a big update on dockcheck-web/slim to be able to have export nodes aswell.
1 gui, multiple exporter nodes.
