Displaying single page layout

Hi,

I am trying to use this code to develop a single page layout story book (display one page only at a time). I was looking into the code to see if I can set this somewhere but could not get it to work. When I changed the layout type to SINGLE-PAGE type, it still displayed consecutive pages on the screen but with focus on a single page.

Could you tell me if there is an easy way to make the code display one page at a time?

Did you ever find out how to do this? I would also like to have a single page layout.
