Add initial v2 schema implimentation

The EarthRanger JSONForms schema spec is adding a version 2 to support a user friendly web based form building experience. Following up on #19, this issue needs to add an initial implementation for generating JSONForms UI schema from the v2 schema.

Action:

• Add a UI Schema generator for v2 schema spec
• Add tests

Expectation:

• v2 generates UI Schema to be rendered by clients
  • v1 schemas continue working without any changes
• Clear separation
  • v2 is in it own source directory
• Testing
  • Independently test the v2 schema generation
