Check if `operation` of `os_notify_log_t` can be used

follow up to #186

It should be checked if when the operation value is set to insert or delete the handling can be improved.
This might make collectionFields generation unnecessary.

I reopen it for now. If we can solve the insert case, then we don't need the generated code
