I use this launcher with doro 7030 (no touch) and I love it. Not having touch (in apps where it's required I use an app that simulates a mouse) I use the arrow keys to move and when I'm over an element, it colors to indicate that I'm there. The problem is in the home dock. When I'm on top of an item, the color difference is minimal, and I can't quite tell (especially when I'm outdoors) where I am. I tried changing the background color of the dock but the situation improves little. It would be nice to get an update to change the color that indicates where you are or to just darken it.
