OpenKH Build
1691
OpenKH Program
OpenKh.Tools.ModsManager.exe
Describe the Bug
Opening OpenKh.Launcher.exe works just fine, but clicking on Open Mod Manager, or trying to open OpenKh.Tools.ModsManager.exe causes an error to occur saying "OpenKH could not complete the update. An error occurred trying to start process 'C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-\Apps\OpenKh.Tools.ModsManager.exe' with working directory 'C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-\Apps'. The operation was canceled by the user.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to wherever OpenKH has been extracted
- Click on 'OpenKh.Tools.ModsManager.exe' or click Open Mod Manager after opening OpenKh.Launcher.exe
- See error
Expected behavior
The mod manager and/or setup wizard would open
Screenshots
Additional context
To say the obvious, I did nothing to "cancel the operation" like the error suggests. I googled the issue and tried troubleshooting steps like running as administrator, making sure it wasn't being blocked by Windows or any antivirus (all windows security settings are already off because i do a lot of game modding), ensuring it has all the permissions, verifying game files, and just restarting. I do not have this problem with literally any other file, tool, mod managers, etc.
