Thanks for reporting this. The root cause was that the "What's new" dialog always showed both a Dutch and an English tab, even for releases whose notes only contained English text — so both tabs rendered the same content and the Dutch translation looked broken.

This has been fixed. The dialog now detects whether a release actually has a separate Dutch section:

• If no release provides Dutch notes, the language tabs are hidden entirely and a single short line explains that the English notes are being shown, instead of two identical tabs.
• When a release does include a dedicated Dutch section, both tabs appear and each shows its own language; a per-release English fallback message is displayed only where a Dutch translation is missing.

The fix is included as of v1.71.0. Closing as resolved.
