I just ran into this as well. The two finger reboot did not address the problem.
Fix at the dealership involved completely disconnecting the 12V battery and waiting ~10-15 minutes, then rebooting the car.
Fixing this via 12V battery disconnect may require that you follow the steps outlined in #5.
