Add the ability for a character to select a number of languages based on their race.

As a player,
I need to be able to set my languages when I set up my character,
so I can understand and speak the languages I know.

Languages spoken are based on race, and to some extent, class. I'll get the appropriate figures and comment on this issue when I have them.
