Description: Estimate the ground a historic British Columbia airphoto
    covers from its catalogue record; given an elevation model, a film
    photo can be sized from the aircraft's height above the ground, with
    the catalogued flying height checked against the photo scale. Select a
    small set of photos covering an area of interest, download thumbnails
    and flight metadata from the BC Data Catalogue, and
    georeference scans onto their estimated footprints.
