  from a chosen reference period: air temperature, precipitation, humidity, soil moisture
  and snow, by season and year since 1950, with trends (Mann-Kendall and Theil-Sen).
  Reads ERA5-Land reanalysis from a public STAC catalog of Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFFs,
  and daily air temperature at points. The baseline, anomaly and trend functions take
  any annual series, such as streamflow. Includes the functions that build and publish
  the catalog. Under active development.'
