Description

• Standardize validation patterns for required, format, range, and async-like checks (mock)
• Provide components for field-level, section-level, and form-level errors
• Ensure screen reader-friendly error announcements
• Design spec (must use; measurable):
  • Tokens per Issue 3
  • Error text 14px; color #EF4444; icon optional 16px
  • Invalid fields include aria-invalid and described-by links
  • Summary banner appears on submit if errors exist

Acceptance criteria

• Validation helpers and examples created
• Applied to at least 3 forms
• A11y checks pass for errors
• PR includes screenshots of error states
