• Apply consistent motion timing and easing across components
• Respect reduced-motion preference
• Design spec (must use; measurable):
  • Tokens per Issue 3
  • Motion durations: 120ms, 180ms, 240ms only
  • Easing: standard cubic-bezier set documented
  • Reduced-motion mode disables non-essential animation

Acceptance criteria

• Motion tokens documented and implemented
• Core components follow shared interactions
• Reduced-motion behavior verified
• PR includes short demo videos and screenshots
