- Check the documentation, including the troubleshooting section of the relevant guide.
- Search existing issues for the same problem.
Redact credentials, tokens, and other sensitive values from everything you share. Commands, their output, recipes, and snapshots can all contain them. For example, a command may pass a registry password as an environment variable.
- The
aicr --versionoutput. - The command you ran and its full output.
- Your recipe criteria (service, accelerator, OS, intent, platform), or the recipe file itself.
- A cluster snapshot (
aicr snapshot) when the problem depends on cluster state.
