Description

Resolves #210.

This PR transitions citation_verification.py from a binary remove/keep approach to a confidence-scored model:

• Verifier assigns a confidence score and match_kind (exact, normalized, host-only, unmatched).
• Unverified/low-confidence citations are kept rather than silently dropped.
• Frontend (CitationCard.tsx) renders a warning badge for low-confidence citations.
