Description
In NPLinker, you can save genomics, metabolomics, and link data as .TSV files. Meanwhile, the web app allows saving genomics and metabolomics data (including links) in an Excel file with two sheets. Aligning both functionalities to save the same data format across platforms would improve consistency and usability.
