Description

Teams often define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure service reliability. Currently, PulseStack does not provide a centralized view to monitor compliance with these objectives.

Adding an SLO/SLA Dashboard would help teams evaluate service reliability and identify violations early.

Proposed Solution

Create a dashboard that visualizes SLO and SLA metrics across monitored services.

Suggested Changes

  • Configure SLO targets
  • Uptime percentage
  • Error budget visualization
  • SLA violation history
  • Monthly compliance reports
  • Service-wise filtering

Expected Outcome

Teams can continuously monitor reliability targets and proactively address services that are close to violating their SLOs.
