Support SSD1362 variant from "Surenoo" #11

Support "Surenoo" SSD1362 OLED screen as an alternative. (SOG25664B2-M312-7P)

This uses 7 pin SPI, works with the same lib but naturally needs a new initialisation piece of code.

I added a draft PR that shows the code I used.
