Changes to the lists for latest/lunar and latest/patcher (Better Keybind Handling) #203

The lists include
"Better Keybind Handling - Vanilla"
Which is true for both Windows and Linux as far as I know but it's different on macOS.
There is a mod called MacOS-Input-Fix on Modrinth that seems to partially fix it but it only works for walking while the implementations in Vanilla 1.21.11 (only Windows/Linux) and Lunar 1.8.9 (this one also works on macOS) also work for sneaking and jumping so this Fabric mod is not fully functional, additionally it's not open source so idk if you would include it in this list.
I would recommend changing it to something like this until someone makes a fabric mod that fully adds Better Keybind Handling to macOS on Fabric:
"Better Keybind Handling - Vanilla(Windows+Linux) ?(macOS)"
Also Lunar doesn't have this setting in new Minecraft versions.
Changes:
remove Better Keybind Handling from the latest/lunar list but keep it in 1.8.9/lunar
change "Better Keybind Handling - Vanilla" to "Better Keybind Handling - Vanilla(Windows+Linux) ?(macOS)" or something similar in latest/patcher
