Fix test-coverage workflow upload error by adding Codecov token

Hey @wangben718 please work with @jdblischak to add the organization Codecov token to the repo settings so the test-coverage workflow can upload the test coverage properly instead of failing.

Documenting the situation:

• The test-coverage workflow failed in 2cc8bcd
• The workflows were updated to the latest versions from r-lib/actions in Release pkglite 0.2.5 #61
• I emailed @wangben718 with instructions to obtain the Codecov upload token and register it with GitHub Actions as the repository secret CODECOV_TOKEN

@jdblischak Thanks for moving this forward - I can't recall exactly, but did we need organization-level Codecov token (which can be only obtained through the org admin[?]), or can each repo's admin now get Codecov token for individual repos

Either organization-level or repository-level tokens would work. We have always used repository-level tokens.

Unfortunately, a GitHub user with admin access to the repository still does not have admin access to the repository at Codecov. We tried this for Merck/r2rtf, Merck/gsDesign2, and Merck/simtrial. In order to obtain the repository-level token, we had to request help from someone internal that has admin access to the Merck GitHub organization (which I detailed in the instructions I emailed yesterday).
